Burrell & Son and George Mahoney agencies, with origins dating back to the early 1800s. This merger established Rosborough as Maine’s oldest active agency and set the foundation for a family legacy in the insurance industry.
Under the stewardship of John’s sons, Mark and Duncan, who took ownership in 1985, the agency solidified its reputation for excellence, community service, and a commitment to the growth of Ellsworth and Hancock County.
